The build up and suspense is an amazing part about Eminem albums. If he revealed the tracklist , artwork, second single etc all at once weeks ago like people seemed to be desperate for then we would hardly have anything more to reveal and people would be talking about " a lack of buzz" and they "need a third single before the album drops" etc.

I find it quite exciting that they've held so much back as it means we've got so much to look forward to.

To all the whiney bastards that can't seem to get enough, please remember that Eminem almost died six years ago. We almost lost the guy so cheer the fuck up that we're even getting to hear new music never mind a sequel to The Marshall Maters LP.

It just seems like THIS is the second single. If Berzerk and Survival are anything to go on as far as the album quality....we're in trouble. 2 rock beats, one with a cliche chorus and a whack beat, another which is average at best and is all over the place.

Berzerk is a better song than most on Recovery, except maybe GTC.
Note I said better song, not has better rappity rap verses I can quote and pick out inverses and multi syllabic rhymes from.
Em did that on Relapse and guess what, people hated it.
Seriously, if you can't see what Em and Rubin did with Berzerk, and hear the way the song feels like somebody with actual production know how went over the song with a fine tooth comb and actually produced that shit, as opposed to Recovery, then all I can say is; you'll prolly hate MMLP II, and I'll laugh at your disappointment. Eminem fans are the most predictable in the world. This album will come out and it will be "classic", "GOAT" etc. then after a year it will get dissed and "Em fell off". Then Recovery, which is mostly criticised on here, will get held in higher esteem and will be a "classic" much in the same way Relapse has been held in much higher regard since Recovery came out. Then in four years MMLP2 will be amazing to everyone again.

As I said earlier, Em almost died in 2007 so the fact we're now getting a third solo album since then along with HTS is quite incredible. He gets criticised so much and with the money he has he doesn't need to keep doing it but he does. We should be grateful the man is still with us rather than scrutinising and complaining about everything he releases.
