Honestly when I first saw that interview and heard him say that I thought it was pretty strange...

But then I thought "nah there's no way Eminem would be forced into anything or made to compromise at this stage of his career".

Welp, after chilling for a while, I have to say, I'm really fucking pumped for this album. I'm still a bit disappointed about Survival, but theres 15 other songs to enjoy, one of which I already like a lot. I just hope the majority of the album isn't Survival esque, and I don't think it will be. Em's not stupid. At least, I don't think he is. Anxiously awaiting/nervous out of my mind to hear this album.

I don't understand all the Rihanna hate, she can do some 'monster' hooks. Just look at Lights and Jay Z's version of Umbrella.

The song is called Monster, not I Love The Way You Lie... people need to grow the fuck up. This album is turning out the way I wanted it to. I can't wait till it leaks/drops on Nov 5th.

The hate is what she means symbolically on a project like this.

LTWYL was great; Recovery was not implied to be, or meant to be... some grand anti-everything statement of an album... MMLP was and is, so if the sequel ain't or isn't related to it in any way like that... (and clearly it's not going to sound like it)... how is it a sequel?

Even if the concept is genius; just Rihanna being who she is, as popular and obvious as she is... symbolically and artistically - it subtracts from and conflicts with the premise of the 'mmlp mindset', it makes no sense - so if he's on there rapping about 'fuck everything, I don't care about any of this shit or fame' and pretending to be a totally soulless asshole who does what he wants...

How the fuck can that make sense with releasing a single with COD and putting Rihanna on your fucking album; the... 4th fucking collab btw, whilst not even naming Liz (because she's not famous enough) or doing a track with Tech (Who we know he respects and likes), again, because he's clearly not famous enough. That's some fucking pussyish, sheepish, non-artist shit.
