Just because his voice has changed a lot and has become a lot deeper. Just compare interviews from 2000 and from now. His flow can't be as high pitched as it was.

For example take his verse in the song with pink, here comes the week end. If he had made this song in 2000 he would have sound like he did on the MMLP because basically he isn't screaming in this song.


So for sure, he can't, but I'm sure he can still have a really cool voice

I'm sure Eminem can recreate a lot of his earlier 1999-2002 voices, I'm pretty sure the reason why he never does his high pitched voice is because he feels like it sounds stupid. He did a perfect impersonation of his 1999 voice in one of the Relapse interviews. Plus, Berzerk's first verse sounds pretty close to his 2002 voice.
