He fucked up with Encore indeed, I'm pretty sure that deep down Em loves Relapse, but you didn't understand the "My Life" line regarding Recovery. Em wishes he never made Recovery because the album was a huge success and now Em is trapped in the fame again, and he HATES the fame. It has nothing to do with the quality of the album ! Em must be kinda proud of Recovery ...
