So we knew that Em was working on his album since August.. But maybe a lot of you forgot this:

He stopped Southpaw way before that news came out, so does that mean he has been working on it for like forever now?

I've already said this multiple times @ him probably intentionally playing down / lying amount the amount of time he's been working on it so he can do so in peace / not any pressure...

As, he said he started the album in May 2012, then in August said he was just getting in to it... then in February Paul says he's been working on it for 'some time'... and he only really started in August? 6 months is not 'some time', that's a short / normal amount of time for him.

So, I reckon he's been sharpening his producer skills and working on it for well over a year.

^ I have said this before and some members chewed my head off. I also believe that he's been working on the album since 2011. At the very least developing ideas, writing some lyrics, and dabbling in production.

Well, it wouldn't be surprising if he actually was working on the album during the BME Ep sessions and then decided to release it "for the fans" knowing his own album wasn't ready and it would take a lot of time to do it.
And maybe that's also when he started to think he should produce it himself (and probably with Denaun's help)

I'm just speculating, but I don't know.. Like Base said, working on it for "some time" means way more than 6 months.

I think he has been working on ideas and stuff since a few months after Recovery. Probably started putting things on paper and things after BME. Yeah he was working on other artists music but he's always working on his own stuff.
