We're at the stage now where it could leak any minute. IIRC Relapse was 15 days early and Recovery was 14. It's only 17 days away so it could happen anytime really.

I highly doubt it will go on torrent sites first.. On many torrent sites, you always see movies and albums way before release date but they are usually fake or viruses..

I've never seen an album of any kind leak on anything where you had to take a survey, or enter a password....or do anything really. It's just there, no tricks or hoops to jump through.
