Does anyone hope eminem has some political commentary on mmlp2? That would be especially dope and, if pulled off successfully, would help him expand his art form. Keep in mind, I am wanting him to go further and more complex than'Mosh' or "We as Americans" - I want him to comment on socioeconomic conditions of Detroit, violence, crime, and its overall connection to the institutional systems. I want him to start of a movement with MMLP2. THat's the only way I really see him out doing the original impact of the first MMLP. He has an enormous fanbase and core following to pull this off. Imagine if Eminem had what 2pac had with the thug life movement or what Ice-T, Deathrow records, and NWA had with gangsta rap, or even what Kendrick has with the Hi-power movement? It would be incredible and would really represent the revitalization of what hip-hop really was and can be. What do you motherfuckers think?

I've got a Recovery review coming someday this week. I started it already, but I'm publishing it all at the same time. The album actually improved when I gave it a fair chance without preconcieved notions playing a factor. It's still probably below Encore for me, but I no longer think it's a bad album.

Insane is perfection. If I didn't know better, I'd think it was from 1999. Definitely the Shadiest song since the comeback.

I think he was trying to bring it back to the Hip-Hop Shop days more than the SSLP/MMLP days in Underground, same with On Fire. but I'd be lying if I said that Underground's flow didn't remind me of MMLP.
