My interest level for this thing is the lowest it's ever been in a while. You get a gold star, Interscope......

^Sure, one can blame management, Interscope etc etc. But, IMO, the largest factor as to why people don't feel as "hyped" about the 8th studio album is because Em's recent material just isn't good (enough). Symphony in H for me was a letdown, and my expectations for the track weren't even that high to begin with, tbh.
