Maybe he needs something to keep him "on" now that he does't do drugs. Caffeine is not good, but isn't as bad as other substances.

Ever since I started having panic attacks I completely cut caffeine out of my diet. Wasn't quite a cure but definitely had a big impact. Nowadays when I taste a caffeinated beverage it almost tastes like poison.

Also, I had a fall-alseep-while-driving incident a few weeks ago. I don't know what happened but I suddenly found myself struggling to keep my eyes open, even though it was like noon. Had to pull over at a gas station to take a nap. :unsure:

I know, but having bad apnea can lead to falling asleep during the day. And is way more common.
I have it lol

My friend use to fall asleep at traffic lights because his apnea was so bad. Narcolepsy is not likely

Ya man I'm lucky mine is minor, but it's major for my age.

Aone, apnea is when your throat closes when you sleep. Hypotnea (spelling) is when your throat collapses a bit but not totally, like people who snore.

And nah rays dad is a classic case of severe apnea. And ray it causes heart problems, paranoia, weight gain, bad shit. You should tell him to get it check out with a sleep study
