I don't think there's anything that rappers can diss Eminem about we haven't heard in some way before. They are probably gonna say he is a sell-out, he went soft , not good as he once was,talk bad about Hallie and Kim, him trying to act "black", his drug problems etc.

Cause I can’t explain to y’all how dang exhausted my legs felt, just having to balance my dang self but on eggshells I was made to walk but thank you, ma, ‘cause that gave me the strength to cause Shady-mania
