Because they're airing the new Equalizer trailer on the VMA's. If it was a full commercial announcement, why would he say "blink and you'll miss it"

He's probably referring to the trailer but we'll still get some sort of announcement from Em's camp on what it is, an exact release date etc. I can't see them dropping an album exactly on Black Friday, the day albums come out in America is Tuesdays.
