I don't think so. Even the trashiest songs on Relapse (Underground, Hello) are better than Cinderella Man, in my opinion.

The delivery was ridiculous, it was like a cat swatting around a little mouse- Em was playing with the beat like it was a little bitch. Hello was fantastic, Cinderella Man was just stupid.

Yeah for sure /le sarcasm.

They still serve a purpose for the concept of the album, while they may not be as sophisticated as Yellow Brick Road, or as sick as Encore/Curtains Down, or as good as Never Enough or Mockingbird, they are still solid songs.
