Well not having Proof is the biggest one... people believe other members could be added or even that Fuzz is already counted but I'm sure Em will never do an album with someone who'd suppose to replace Proof. That just won't happen.
Still... Let's say this is doable & even could be considered as a good idea if they used Proof unheard vocals & build a few songs around them.

The second big problem is Bizarre... dude never moved forward & has been brutally bad with his stuff for at least the last 3 years... He'd totally feel outdated with this shit in 2013.

Then again they'll definitely need time to record an album & we know they haven't started yet. With 3 other Shady artists pushing for a 2013 release time will actually be a problem too.

Last but not least... Interscope is all about sales & they are extra careful with Em's projects so no matter how much some of us D12 fans want that, they'd look at it in a bigger picture & that won't be too optimistic either... Em's been very good at letting 'em do all the business decisions since his comeback too.

Basically we're against all odds.

Yeah that is a bit of a shitstorm like. Maybe Royce could take proofs spot. ya never know.. and lol yeah Bizzarre's pen game is so fucking bad lately (not that it was exceptional in the past ofc)

I don't see interscope being funny about it though, they've pretty much let em put out what he wants to haven't they?

Proof is irreplaceable and Royce on D12 is a horrible idea, he wouldn't mesh well with the others. On top of that he is a piece of shit scumbag who can't rap to save his own life anymore.

If anything keep it with Fuzz, or add Young Zee or Pacewon. No fucking Royce, ugh, I am offended by your statement. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

Rest in paradise Big Proof, Yoda didn't mean it.

Nah... like I said Em won't replace Proof for an official D12 album. I'm sure about it. It's not about how good that rapper would be... it's about how they all feel about Proof.

Em use to do whatever he wants but he's actually been listening to Jimmy's people a lot since his comeback... he's made it clear he let other people deal with all the business decisions & if they don't give a green light to a project he definitely won't bother.
It's different if we talk about his solo albums but to be honest he's been listening to Interscope & has adapted to their methods very well even when we talk about his solo stuff.
The other thing is Interscope would support Em for whatever way more if we talk about his solo stuff rather than if we talk about other projects too.
Basically if they made a solid point about that project been bad business even if we talk about the commercial area only he'd back off of it in a blink.

It'll be absolutely on point if they went full circle with a D12 album after MMLP2 but unfortunately that is nearly impossible at this point.

I don't think that's true. We were *this close* to getting a D12 project not long ago (post-comeback), and the label had nothing to do with why it fell apart according to people close to D12. I don't think it has anything to do with that.

If the label would considering signing Royce on for a one off BME EP, then there's no way they'd think a D12 is a bad business move commercially. It's not like the original fan base which bought Devils Night and D12 world is dead, they'd still at least go gold with a new full length EP easily, if not purely for the nostalgia factor for a lot of stans.

I think the main problem right now is every member is working on solo stuff, I even think Fuzz Scoota is working on something right now. If the feeling isn't there anymore without Proof, they wont record, but I think the label factors in the least to why we don't have a D12 album post-comeback.

You are wrong CP... we were never any close of getting a D12 official album since Em's comeback.

The BME project happened exactly 'cuz it was given a green light & 'cuz even today it is way more easier to do rather than a D12 LP.

The label factor is definitely there but like I pointed out in that detailed post... it's isn't the only one or the decisive one.

Actually, we were close at one point. Eminem and company were working on a project (some producer close to them confirmed this), but they couldn't get any unreleased verses from one of Proofs colleagues, I believe it was Dogmatic, unless they put him on the album too. For whatever reason, they didn't want him to be part of the album, and it fell apart from there because they wanted the Proof verses to do the project.

Then you have the situation with Fuzz, Fuzz was legally signed onto Shady (this was confirmed by him, I remember Trex posting it somewhere). Shady records wouldn't have approved him being legally bound to the company as part of D12 unless there was some reason, like a D12 album.

Check yo' facts homie. Perhaps there is label pressure, but there was definitely something D12 in the works post comeback at some point.

Or maybe change their name from D12 to something else, I have no idea. Just because maybe the whole D12 thing brings up too many painful memories of Proof.

Yeah, one of my favorite Em verses between Recovery and MMLP2. But I feel like a lot of it was going to be like a D12 version of H:TS.

No you are not the only one.
I always thought that d12 never could really rap.
They only had the production of eminem and some good marketing ideas, nothing more.
