First verse= Awesome, Second Verse= Meh, here's why.
"I'm stabbing myself with a fucking knife in the gut
While I'm wiping my butt !
Cause I just shitted on the mic, and like getting cut
I get excited at the sight of my blood, you're in a fight with a nut"
Okay, so he's telling us he's a nut, right? Cool. But the old Slim Shady, or Eminem, if you prefer, would show us, or paint the image, he's a nut. We'd think to ourselves, "This guys' fucking crazy." The above lyrics make you think "Eh, okay, he's doing something we all do with some extreme mannerisms, and some weird lines to prove his point."
The below lyrics SHOW you he's a fucking nutjob.
"I take seven (kids) from (Columbine), stand 'em all in line
Add an AK-47, a revolver, a nine
a Mack-11 and it oughta solve the problem of mine
and that's a whole school of bullies shot up all at one time
Cause (I'mmmm) Shady, they call me as crazy
as the world was over this whole Y2K thing"
You think to yourself from this, "Wow, this guy's fucking insane." Another thing, where does this song go? What's it's point? It doesn't have one...which, sure, it's a COD release song, and maybe he gave them a throwaway, but still, it'd be nice if the song meant anything then "Lul I'm a survivor and this is survival of the fittest." There's some good rhymes, wordplay, and all of that- it's just, the second verse is off from the whole song, and the song doesn't do much besides help COD. It's an OKAY song at best.
