I Don't know if anyone has already posted this, but I just realized listening some old interviews that Em' kinda had the idea about the "Bad Guy" concept a while ago :

Listen this from Shade 45 in 2009 :

Though it was cool to share.

(thanks to http://eminemsongslist.blogspot.fr/ for this :y: )

I haven't listened to the whole album in a month and it's still perfect, the album will age so well!

It'll become a classic sooner or later for sure!

It's already better than Relapse for sure. The album is 100% Eminem how we know him! :worship:

Actually lol'd
But I think only about half of the songs are songs hip hop fans would call classic material

I can see a branch of hiphop fans not rating any of it tbh, fuck em :D , it's miles ahaed of what's been considered classic material the past few years. Time bodes well for this album mang

After a few months now I feel I can comfortably rate the MMLP2 songs in the context of Eminem's career.

For example, Lose Yourself, Sing For The Moment and Stan rate in as 10/10. Kill You comes in at a 9/10. White America and Going Through Changes comes in at 8/10. Stay Wide Awake comes in at 7/10

Your average Eminem album track gets a 6/10.

Just Lose It comes in at 1/10.

You get the picture.

1. "Bad Guy" : 8/10

2. "Parking Lot" (skit)

3. "Rhyme or Reason" 7/10

4. "So Much Better" 6/10

5. "Survival" 7/10 (haterzgonnahate)

6. "Legacy" 8/10

7. "Asshole" feat. Skylar Grey 4/10

8. "Berzerk" 5/10

9. "Rap God" 8/10

10. "Brainless" 7/10

11. "Stronger Than I Was" 5/10

12. "Monster" feat. Rihanna 6/10

13. "So Far..." 6/10

14. "Love Game" feat. Kendrick Lamar 6/10

15. "Headlights" feat. Nate Ruess 7/10

16. "Evil Twin" 6/10

Albums and songs in particulary shouldn't be rated like this. You are basically rating the artist and the past work instead of the art. Ofc if you compare Evil Twin to a song like SFTM, it won't be anywhere close to a 7, but as a standalone track it's amazing.
