Cypher last year was meh, hopefully the Shady crew hop on this year's cypher.

They usually announce it whenever they start broadcasting commercials for it so like 2 or 3 weeks before (maybe a month, I could be wrong). The shady camp will more than likely jump on board this year, they didn't last year because artists who participated in a cypher the year before aren't allowed to join in on the following one. (For the people who didn't know)
