Even though I'm disappointed with the overall cohesion of the album personally... there's a lot of fun to be had in MMLP2 tracks. Every time I go to spin it I get a bit excited knowing the ride from Bad Guy to Evil Twin... there's a lot of fun ass shit in-between and SO much good-ass rapping and musical moments.

Fair-play; disappointed in terms of how it was put together but Em's musicality is back in full-form - other than his awesome lyricism and rapping - his sense of playful melody again; that is what is similar between MMLP1 and MMLP2 as he wasn't really like that on any other album.

What I mean is on the first MMLP1 - he'd have little random bits of melodic delivery and playful musical effects and surprises and reworking of things... it's very musically ALIVE and MMLP2 Em is definitely back to that. As he was totally NOT that on Recovery. He was just like a very serious, angry verse spitter.

I'm finna spin it now. Fun shit.

I've been listening to the album maybe twice in 1 day every couple of days and, like others, there are still funny lines or word play I'm picking up for the first time, either through conversation or something in my head clicking.
