Being a GG stan I expect it was a Chuck/Blair scene and for that reason alone it means nothing. It probably just fit the mood of the scene.

Ok just watched the episode....I don't think this means anything at all for it started out with a Blair/Chuck scene and then went into a fucking Jenny Humphrey scene....if you take on the real life analogy of Taylor Momsen/Jenny Humphrey situation then Spacebound being on this episode means the Recovery era is over and done with. There I said it.
