King Mathers (the unreleased album)

Anyone else wonder if he had almost a whole album set to go in 2007/2008 and then shelved it for rehab? I know Cashis said in 2007 that King Mathers would be released that year. IDK, just makes me wonder. I feel like it would have been his most generic/meaningless album, but would have been a banger.

I'm not saying there was an actual album called King Mathers. I'm just saying he probably made tons of material during that time period for an unreleased album. I imagine it was stuff similar to his Re-Up tracks.

A couple people on Shady Records/G Unit mentioned it, but then he checked his ass into rehab and there was no more King Mathers, some of the dope shit probably went onto relapse and the rest was scrapped.

I think My Darling is from the early Relapse sessions, myself. It sounds like it belongs on Relapse, whereas CWYWF would not fit at all

One of the people who talked about it was cashis...who imo is very unrelible...he's the same guy who tweeted he was on recovery then the next day the tracklist came out and wasn't there.

Cashis name dropped "King Mathers" in a number of tracks with Eminem during the time Em was allegedly working on it.

It was real, but I think Eminem himself just considers it part of the Relapse session since the album never got past simply writing and recording and it eventually just became part of Relapse.
