The hip-hop game seems to be more open to older acts these days, whether that's maybe because 30 isn't as old as it used to seem or not, but I mean look at Jay Elect recently getting signed in his 30's too. Then you just have to look at the 3 biggest sellers, Kanye, Jay and Em all in their 30's (and isnt Jay 40?).
