Eminem is just "eargasmic" (<- LOL), but for real his flow takes the song to a whole 'nother planet. I wish he would stick to this : No scream, no whisper (You can have a good flow while screaming or whispering but well) just a dope delivery, some dope lyrics + a sick beat . That's the formula he should follow according to me, I mean regardless of how important the lyrics are in a song, the flow is an important thing in Hip Hop, sometimes you don't need to be a genius to make people appreciate your shit because you know how to find a way with your flow(s) to get their attention or make them say "Yo, how the fuck does he do that?" (cf. Busta Rhymes). Unfortunately, "Welcome 2 Hell" is one of the only songs since his comeback that actually made me say "Whoah what a crazy flow", I know what the dude is capable of, since the beginning of his career he's been able for the most part to make songs with sick lyrics & flows. Since he came back, I must have been impressed like 10 times by his flow but that's it, these are the songs that have impressed me over the last 3 years because of the way he delivers his lyrics : Stay Wide Awake, No Love, Forever, Despicable, Psycho, Underground, Buffalo Bill, Welcome 2 Hell + some more Relapse shit. That's not enough, for example I'm a big fan of Tech N9ne, every time he puts a mixtape or an album out, I am fucking impressed to hear the new ways he's found to spit his verses, you know what I'm saying? Writing good lyrics is cool, but when you can have a sick delivery, it can only be better. So I sincerely hope that he'll find some new ways to impress me for his next album.
ps : I know that there's already a lot of threads about this song but well.
he sounds menacing on this track. especially the latter half of the song. and the back and forth with em and royce works particularly well with this beat

I was blown away by their chemistry on this track when I first heard it.
Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore And I got an Evil Twin So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?
I'm totally overreacting and I know it but it's just my personal opinion. This song is like in my all time top 10 Eminem tracks. He really sounds menacing, like richard said.
If this track was on TES I would love it just as much as the classic ones. I just love this track.

I was listening to this song today and was blown away. Somehow, this song kind of disappeared from my playlist (bad, bad MP3-player !!!) and it was like hearing it for the first time ever. They were both amazing on this, especially the end when they work together on the same verse, because the switches seem so ... natural. As if it was one person rapping.
I also liked the fact that there was no hook. It just seemed to fit. What particularly stood out were those voices and the sound of a burning fire in the beginning. Perfect way of opening an EP that is called "Hell: the Sequel".
