They have totally different intents and reasons for existing of course and you can only really compared 'like' to 'like but since you're saying choose between as in, which is more 'valuable'...
Since you're saying that, I'd say "Stan".
"Lose Yourself" is more musical and enjoyable to listen to but "Stan" has greater depth due to concept and execution and can be enjoyed on more levels and therefore for me, last longer.
