If songs didn't leak, would Encore be good?

I've often thought about this. The songs that leaked were good (Love You More, We As Americans), but which songs did he replace those with? Surely there were more sucky songs on the album than good songs that leaked. Let's say he replaced them with Big Weenie and My First Single. Was he still intending to keep Ass Like That and release it as a single? And what about Puke and Rain Man? The album still would've been a joke except for the occasional strong song. Opinions?

That list of tracks plus Rain Man/Puke/Just Lose It wouldnt have been that bad of an album. Nothing compared to his previous albums though.

Your post makes sense but that still doesn't explain why he chose to release Ass Like That as a single.

You're right. Guess he was heavily on drugs during the all period, and if he was fucked up enough to record this shit, he was fucked up enough to release it as a single too. He recorded all the good stuff of Encore in 2003 which was a good year full of good songs. I guess the rest was recorded in 2004 in a hurry
