btw, lyric books are wrong a lot, because Eminem doesn't write or read them. Someone listens to it, and puts what they hear. They sometimes even purposely change lyrics in the book.

I think he really does say fake and then continues with the next line 'its all this fucking voices in my head" and the sound of saying fake and immediately saying its is sort of the wit of the line.
