I'm not saying, but I'm just saying.. Eminem does not have the same vibe as he did on the SLLP, MMLP, and TES. And I like Encore too, deal with it. My question is, is it not Eminem's fault for changing and not being as witty as he used to be? Could it just be that deep down we want Em to rap like he's insane or is a criminal? And maybe he's not that person anymore, so doesn't have the leverage to abuse certain topics anymore? Is Em just a victim of his own life? Is it even possible to judge Eminem fairly anymore? Does being a mature, successful, rich man give you a tremendous disadvantage? Would Eminem faking his way into controversy again be the only way he would resemble his old self, even if it meant being faced with scrutiny for appearing desperate? Is he just trapped?
Or could it just be that maybe he got lazy with his lyrics. Or maybe he did sell out to a certain degree, or maybe he just listened to the label. It's pretty clear that original subject matter is hard to come up with for Em now.
Time for ''Never Gave a Fuck.'' He really should just start bashing Drake, Lil Wayne, and go back on drugs. Oh wait but he's 40 and that's not acceptable. What he supposed to do yo?????????
