Listen to Eminem on "Bump Heads" and tell me not everybody does that flow.

All he's concerned with is landing the three syllable multi on the 4th beat of every bar. His delivery is monotone. This is the flow that every single rapper uses.

yeah that's about as vanilla as a flow can be whilst still retaining rhythm.
