His verses from 2003 and Encore have a flow that most rappers use, actually.

Like who? Just curious. I know Obie sorta did

Singin' "Bagpipes from Baghdad" again
In my dad's drag draggin' a faggot in a Glad bag
Won't be the last time I make a dramatic entrance like that again
You thought I was lyin' when I said I think that I'm crossin' the line again
I've lost my mind, caution oh God I think I've just thought of another fucking line
Forgive me father, for I have sinned
But hip hop has left me brainwashed with a violent streak

Listen to Eminem on "Bump Heads" and tell me not everybody does that flow.

Everybody's in a rush to try to get the throne
I just get on a track and try to set the tone
I ain't tryna use nobody as a steppin stone
So don't compare me, I'm better off just left alone

All he's concerned with is landing the three syllable multi on the 4th beat of every bar. His delivery is monotone. This is the flow that every single rapper uses.

TRUTH
Every album has unique flow, cause he changes his flow on every album(that's what I like so much),but the most complicated is from Relapse for sure, those accents god damn...
There's an intruder... in my house
He cut my phone line
... can't dial out
I scream for police
... but I doubt
They're gonna hear me
... when I shout
-Eminem

Even Eminem is scared of me...
