it's a literary term. been my alias for 5 years. it's because i never miss syllables, my tongue is my biggest asset in rap at the moment - hence the elision.

Guys Elision is the sound of words that like make it easier to speak it, or rap it, or whatever. a well thought out sentence.

These songs are as effortless-sounding as you can get.

His SSLP-era flow is unmatched. I've never heard any other rapper sound like that.

Been listening to his verses from 2003 and some of the good things off Encore. His flow during their was pretty unique/cool/good!

Won't be the last time I make a dramatic entrance like that again

His verses from 2003 and Encore have a flow that most rappers use, actually.

I also did not like a majority of those flows, they were smooth, but they were so lazy sounding.

I actually dig most of his flows on Encore even if they were lazy af and drugged up sounding. They were pretty damn smooth for the most part and I enjoyed his voice too.

What's also brilliant about his SSLP flow is how he is able to maintain the voice/style he'd developed while adjusting it to different types of beats. Cum On Everybody, for example, he's able to take the same vocal tone and "Slim Shady" sound and apply it to more of an upbeat track. He doesn't just abandon his then-trademark sound because a beat doesn't seem to fit the tone of his voice.
