Content-wise it is kinda hard to say but I have to go with Rap God.I mean Rap God is just as good as it covers his longevity, rappers he was influenced by, his internal struggle with writing negative raps towards women and how if you went through what he went through with Kim and his mom then you would understand, how his rhymes help people to get through tough times. He also acknowledges common criticisms of him such as how he can't make raw and emotional music like he used to, he's not a top-notch lyricist anymore etc.
Whereas the cypher was a little more Shady-esque to me. Not saying it didn't have content as well as he talked about how he never rapped about being a hustler and made hip-hop adjust to him, being a villain in the media's eyes, the pride for MMLP, how he's constantly underrated and at this point doesn't care, standing for the freedom of speech and how he has said so much controversial things over the years.
I apologize for this long post but the conclusion is content-wise I have to give the slight edge to Rap God.
