Listening to MMLP top-to-bottom

Postby EminemBase » Apr 14th, '10, 23:32

I obviously blast some of the tracks now and then. But due to the new album news, I feel compelled to play his best material on full focus again in anticipation lmao.

And it's been a while since I've heard The Marshall Mathers LP, top to bottom, skits and all. Sometimes I'll play a few here and there but you really get a different experience when you play it in order, like a full experience. Well, with that album at least. It's so well-rounded.

I wouldn't describe it as being terribly well rounded.
I think TES is a more prodigious exercise in applied eclecticism.

I didn't say it was better than TES. I didn't even mention TES. But I definitely think it's well-rounded.

I listened to some of it the other week, I think it's solid in respect to listening straight through anfd you're right it's well-rounded, but I'd say TES was just more solid in being well-rounded, if that made sense :shifty:

I really wouldn't say that. Not to me anyway. TES is the closest he's come to perfection.

That's odd.
Seeing as I don't feel embarrassed..............at all. That being said, you have your opinion, I have mine. Let's keep it at that.
