Is this a 4 or 8 syllable rhyme?

It's the beginning of I'm Back (which is one of my favourite on MMLP)

I murder a rhyme one word at a time
you never heard of a mind as perverted as mine

These two line have 8 syllables rhyming but there's also inline rhyming. So would you call it two 8-syllable rhymes or four 4-syllable rhymes?

Heard of a mind as per-ver-ted as mine - 10 syllables

He slurs as I think (long time since i heard it) so 2nd line is 9 syllables also.

In the end I consider it a 9 syllable multi
