According to Kaushi Entertainment they struck a $30,000 deal with Evans for home footage of the late rapper. The footage was to be used in a documentary.
Kaushi claims they made good on their part of the dealing but the footage was never handed over and as a result they want more than $1,000,000. Evans and Biggie were married in August of 1994 and have one son together.
