Biggies flow is the best part about him i would say, i like both but pac takes my vote his lyrics are just deeper than biggies that just makes him more listenable for me

Pac had impact, emotion, connected to people blah blah fucking blah. His delivery and flow were just plain boring. I'm all for emotion but if the flow and delivery are just boring as hell it's not nice to listen to.

I'd rather hear a song with poor content but a tremondous flow becuase it's more enjoyable to listen to. It gets you into it. Look at Royce for example. His content is dull but his flow makes his songs interesting and worth listening to.

Biggie had the most interesting flow of any rapper, Life After Death was a double album of classic tracks and Notorious Thugs is one of the best rap tracks ever made. The argument that he had repetitive content is a load of rubbish - people say that after listening to his singles and not his whole album.

Anyway, even if he did have repetitive content I'd still place him way above Pac.

Overall Biggie was a better emcee, his flow was unbelievable. But 2Pac is different, or at least to me, I don't get tired of him because his songs aren't lyrical massacres (something I don't tend to like that much sometimes). The message he gives makes me go back to his music the whole time.
