It sounds good. It's just beyond me why he always makes that "I'm so angry"-accent. For a long time I thought it was his real voice but then I heard him talk in an interview.
Lyrically it's okay. Probably just me being ignorant but he seems to rap quite a lot about "the old days of hip hop" as if he is scared of moving on mentally. He even had to include 'pop killer' in the title of the disstrack towards Em, and that was way before he went pop.
I've not been that fond of Eminem working with Premier for a while due to their different styles but I've recently heard a bunch of manic beats with a "Slim Shady"-feel that Em would be perfect on (this track included).
