I know, that's my main problem. A lot of songs that are considered as classics, are not listenable to me, just because of the beat.

I know what you mean. Eric B & Rakim is the perfect example for me. Told they made classics, genuinely tried to like it, but just found those albums SOOOO boring because of the beats.
