Jay Z for his overall discography, his lasting relevance, and a style so many try to emulate but without the same intelligence.. I'd say Jay is the closest thing hip hop has to a 'GOAT' (i don't believe you can really label anyone that).

Kanye can have great flow and concepts, but has nothing on Jay when it comes to rap. However, as a producer, he'd yet again be very close if you had a contest of GOAT for producers. So unique in his sound, and his use of samples can be genius at times.

Jay-Z's discography is arguably the best that has ever existed in Hip-Hop.

On the other hand I love Kanye and all of his albums and he is currently one of my favorite artists so I love both 'em
