Stan has the better storytelling (obviously) but I like 99 Problems more as a song.

No question.

I wouldn't even classify 99 problems as storytelling really.

Plus Stan is an original song, whereas 99 problems is practically a cover of Ice T's song of the same name. Plus Eminem did the concept behind Stan, whereas RIck Rubin was the man behind 99 problems.
