I think Drake and Wayne would at least be close,Drakes debut did well and his next album is bound to do even better,his hype is up,especially after that Rihanna joint.While Waynes hype is down,he needs to either release something big like Lollipop(dont think I like it,song sucks,but it was big) or do something huge in terms of promotion.

Wayne is STILL the most popular rap artist, wtf is that guy a couple of posts above me trying to say, the only rapper (if any) that is more popular wayne in certain aspects is eminem. Wayne is everywhere. Once c4 promotion come around and wayne is featured on MAJOR artist songs no one in music will touch wayne.
