Blaq Poet - Tha Blaqprint (2009)

Anybody heard this? I listened to it yesterday, and I think it is a pretty good album. The lyrics aint the most deep but it is very entertaining and nice to listen to when you just wanna hear someone rap raw shit over some hard beats (almost every track is produced by Premier).

The album comes with an instrumental disc which is a cool addition. I'll never understand people who say Premier has fallen off - he drops classic beats every year.

It is the first Blaq Poet album I've ever listened to. More albums I should check out?

The whole album is a fresh breath of air in these times with autotune and radio friendly beats. This is just raw new york shit... Not Premier's best work but still real cool.

Thought Voices was a pretty cool track too. Did 2pac justice there for sure!
