Official" Kanye DVD Released by BET and Wal-Mart

Yesterday, BET announced they will exclusively package DVD's featuring BET footage with urban releases sold in Wal-Mart stores nationwide -- starting with Kanye West's Late Registration.

Dubbed "BET Official," the DVDs will be included with the urban music and movie releases in the retail giant's over 5,000 stores nationwide. The combo packages will be featured in BET-branded retail sections and other merchandising displays.

The "BET Official" brand released its first project yesterday with Kanye West's Late Registration hitting stores. The DVD comes with West's critically acclaimed CD and features BET footage with West including his appearances and performances on the network's "106 & Park." The CD/DVD combo runs $13.88 at retail. The limited edition CD/DVD two-pack is exclusively sold at Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Only 40,000 copies are available.
