On a Live NBC Broadcast hosted by Matt Lauer For hurricane Katrina relief Kanye West ignored the scripts when speaking out about relief efforts.

The broadast featuring Mike Myers and Kanye West standing side by side ended with Kanye West stating "George Bush doesnt care about black people." Kanye West also make other unscripted remarks referring to the shoot-on-sight orders issued to National Guard troops in New Orleans.

NBC released an offical statement stating, "Kanye West departed from the scripted comments that were prepared for him, and his opinions in no way represent the views of the networks.

"It would be most unfortunate," the statement continued, "if the efforts of the artists who participated tonight and the generosity of millions of Americans who are helping those in need are overshadowed by one person's opinion."

Kanye West just recently dropped his sophmore album "Late Registration" which features Nas, Bernie Mack, Jay-Z, and Lupe Fiasco.
