Seeing as i'm one of the people this is directed at, i'm not only going to tackle this, but hit it with a spinebuster through the announce table.

Well, the fanbases of artists like Ross, Wiz & Drake generally tend to be made up of dumber, lesser informed people than the fanbases of artists like Copy, Elzhi, Blu & RA do. That's not to say that there aren't exceptions & that there aren't intelligent people that enjoy mainstream music, or retarded people that enjoy underground music (hell, we have quite a few of them here), but generally that's not the case.
Blu wrote:Does the word opinion mean nothing on these forums? I swear this is the main reason why no one gets along here, it's because idiots keep bashing other's opinions, and it's annoying as fuck.
It's because your opinions & reasoning for them just happen to be fucking stupid. You have no idea what you're talking about, you can have opinions just like anyone else, how does that exempt them from being horrible? This whole "itz my opiniunz" nonsense is just a last defense mechanism when you have nothing else to stand on during an argument.
Blu wrote:I personally don't enjoy listening to Jedi Mind Tricks, but I love Kendrick. Suddenly, that makes me look stupid as fuck because I don't love a beloved rapper.
First of all, Jedi Mind Tricks is not a rapper, it's a group. Secondly, Kendrick is generally alot more "beloved" right now than JMT is. And yet, if I were to ask you to give me a reason as to why Kendrick is better than JMT, your reasoning would either be a repetitive re-hash of something everyone else has already said to flaw JMT or it would be flat out fucking stupid if you attempted to think for yourself & be original. Whereas if I were to ask an intelligent person to give me reasoning as to why Kendrick is better than JMT, their reasoning would be respectable, it would make sense & it would be coherent, even if I didn't personally agree with it, I would respect it. That's the thing with opinions, they rely entirely on the general knowledge & intelligence of the person whom they belong to. Why should I respect your opinion on Hip Hop when you know nothing about it?
Blu wrote:Or how about when I bump The Chronic, sparking a blunt to "187 On An Undercover Cop", suddenly I'm being bashed for not liking Rakim.

When has this scenario EVER happened? This is an extremely fucking ridiculous, exaggerated, nonsensical scenario, these retarded analogies are one of the reasons why people don't respect your worthless opinions. Deep Cover & 187 are not on The Chronic & people that are Rakim fans are generally Dr. Dre fans as well. Now to address the stupidest part of that scenario..... who the fuck goes up to you while you're smoking weed & listening to a song on an album that it's not even on & gets mad at you for not liking Rakim?
Blu wrote:Get your heads out of your asses. Yes, I'm keyed. SO fuck outta here with that shit.
Bitches.
Oh shut the fuck up & go listen to Sing For The Moment on replay you angsty w*gger, or maybe tonight you'll be daring & switch it up with some Linkin Park. Whatever the case may be, in the end it's all about how the world just doesn't understand you, buddy.
