To be fair, sometimes when you sample and lay drums in, you may have tons of the same ideas as the other dude using the sample and it might turn out the same. I mean Cole used Can I Holla At Ya's beat and it was originally a Lauryn Hill track, so if Cole DID use the other guy's beat, maybe he copped it, rapped over it and uploaded it. It's not unheard of, lol.

It's a pretty popular song and a rather popular sample as well. The beats are similar but they're not identical or anything. Plus Cole's been producing for years, I don't think he'd steal some Soundcloud producers beat.
