I agree, it's quite sad. It almost does seem that he is being targeted though if there were that many cops there.

He definitely needs to pull himself together though or he's going to end up in jail for life or wind up dead or something.

Well even if he was targeted he's an easy target nowadays... I know that sheriff in Arizona targeted him back in the day & pushed him to the limit but like I said he's totally lost nowadays so cops might monitor whatever he does 'cuz he always does something wrong.

he seems like a good guy but a loose cannon with some mental issues. those issues might have even helped him be unique when he was in his prime but he needs to get it under control

X was never a good guy... but unfortunately he definitely have mental issues & he's addicted to drugs & what not which makes it even worse.
