Between wc and ec I really don't know. I almost want to say wc just so I can hear all of Kendrick's new material but the east coast has biggie, has and jay-z which is almost alone enough to live on.

The Midwest is pretty poor imo em, Royce, d12, Obie and tech are the only ones I like.

Eyedea, Atmosphere, Brother Ali, pretty much all of the indie rap scene minus seattle, Lupe, Kanye, Common and all of the Chicago scene, Em, Royce, all of Detroit, Mac Lethal, Tech N9ne and all of KC, plus Kid Cudi who is from cleveland.
