i hope not. they've beefed before, and it was fucking boring. even if 50 does take shots at him, i doubt kanye would bother to acknowledge it. 50 may be an extremely successful businessman, but as a rapper in the year 2014, he's irrelevant, and there wouldn't be any reason for kanye to give him the free publicity. same reason em didn't go after hotstylz.

I wouldn't say they beefed if you're referring to that competition back in 2007. I saw it more of a publicity thing, neither of them ever actually planned on retiring should they lose. (But the competition thing did its job cause we got a lot of great music that year)
