ya hip hop has gotten material an tht sux but the main point is Jay-Z is too old right...he's 30-somethin....an to quote Eminem "nobody wants to hear their grandfather rap" but thts comin from a man @ 33 an me bein 19 I don't want to hear people like my dad's age tellin me shit's cool in songs....an sometime the southern shyt isn't really talent....oo this is catchy...lemme put an annoying beat to it...an sell it.....but the thing is people buy it....Eminem is hip hop...Nas is hip hop...Tupac is hip hop....theres talent...depth to what they're sayin....Jay-z has gotten past tht rhymin about borin shyt....maybe he'll always be remembered as one of the illest rappers.....but let it go...I totally agree with this article
