The Streets - Stay Positive & sad/deep/storytelling songs

Postby DrRapid » Aug 2nd, '09, 23:06

I've never been into British Hip Hop apart from some exceptions. Maybe cause I'm just not used to it but I just watched the film Kidulthood and there was this song called "Stay Positive" by The Streets which was pretty good actually.

First of all the film was good. :y: And some of the tracks on it were very good like the one mentioned above.

It seems that generally I prefer sad/deep Hip Hop songs and cause I've heard a few British ones I like, can anyone recommend me any others?

Check Plan B's "Who Needs Actions When You Got Words" Album , Mitchell Brothers , Akala has some sad songs aswell (Check Cold, Defeated, Carried Away, Why Do, Something Inside My Head). Think you'll find Plan B & Akala in Download Central
