Best Hip-Hop beats.

I would probably put these in my top, in no particular order.

Nas - Nas Is Like
Dr. Dre - Let Me Ride
Wu-Tang Clan - C.R.E.A.M.
GZA - 4th Chamber
Gang Starr - Mass Appeal
Jay-Z - Feelin' It
The Notorious B.I.G. - Big Poppa

There's tons more, but I love the ones above. :tounge2:

Your tops?
Yo, from the first to the last of it; delivery is passionate/
The whole and not the half of it; vocab and not the math of it/
Projectile that them blasted with; accurate assassin shit/
Me and Kweli close like... Bethlehem and Nazareth/

i love "Digable Planets - Rebirth of Slick", it's amazing!
anyway:
"Nas - Halftime" (pretty simple but tuff)
for some reason im so into "AZ - Rather Unique" (prod. by pete rock)
"Yoke the Joker by Naughty By Nature" it's pretty cool too
but i think the toughest is "KRS-One Step Into a World" that beat is amazing.
well, for now i got these on mind, but i think there are many others.

Cause the shit I hear is crazy
But your either getting lazy or you don't believe in you no more
Seems like your own opinions, not one you can form
Cant make a decision you keep questioning yourself
Second guessing and its almost like your begging for my help

I'm happy about the shout outs to Gang Starr. Mass Appeal is fresh. Also, to shout out another old song, gotta love the simplicity yet greatness of the beat from "Top Billin" - Audio Two. Also definitely agree with "Nas Is Like"

I can't think of hip-hop beats I consider the best but "Jesus Walks" - Kanye West definitely comes to mind as an amazing beat.

i think dre is overrated all he does is just sample, if you look back at eminem's songs that dre produced are all sampled (especially the first 2 albums, try listening to the sample dre used for guilty conscience all he did was take the original song and put it on em's album, he barely changed anything, he didn't sample he copied and pasted the song!) and for few songs he didn't even give credit to the original artist, dre never produced songs himself, he has only good taste in music and sampling. Even if hip hop was and is about sampling, at least other producers give credit to the original artist, and they do sample for real, not just a copy and paste work.
