Why do people constantly bring 2Pac in the same sentence as Eminem?

They're nothing alike and a collaboration wouldn't be good, IMO. :n:

I think if it's a serious, emotional song it could've worked but obviously no point in guessing unless Pac comes back from the dead.

Could've worked if they made a song about their personal hardships because they both have lots of personal sad songs.
Would be horrible if they made a gangster song..I hate when Em tries to be a thug..

Many rappers have emotional tracks, but 2Pac and Eminem are probably compared the most mainly due to either one of two things...

1. They are both extremely famous.

2. People just don't pay enough attention to hip hop.
