Yelawolf

Postby xxTrigger1989xx » Dec 2nd, '10, 02:47

I'm not sure if a thread about this guy has been made or not, and if one exists feel free to lock this.

But...how do you feel about him? I've listened to a few songs, and he's alright, in my opinion. But, he seems a little too w*igger-ish. Opinions?

Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

This.

Plus I don't find his voice/delivery very appealing.

Everything I've heard him on hasn't been good. His BET Cypher, Big Boi feature, singles from his album. Nothing good. Oh well.

Yeah, but I mean...some of his rhymes are really alright. Sometimes his voice is alright, a lot of times it's annoying. Plus, he has this kinda fast flow in some songs. If he would fix his voice, I'd probably listen to him more. He did a song with Bun B that's pretty tight, in my opinion. Good To Go, I think it is. The hook is horrible but I liked the rhymes

i like how he raps most of the time, i think he has potential, it just takes maturity for real stuff to start being heard from him, so right now i like his well known songs that are out.
oh yeah... and thanks for nothing too

He is pathetic in every sense.
As a rapper, as a musician, and as a person.
Just look at his interviews.
